Another way to approach this with a manual milling machine would be to use a ball end, end mill. Calculate the in-feed (down feed on the mill) at intervals and make multiple passes across the width of the aluminum. An end mill with a 1/2" ball radius and intervals of 1/4" should get it fine enough for a file to take out the waves in the cut.

The customer is wanting a Slot on the perimeter of this part with .125 Radius on all 4 corners the closest I can come to this is shown in the attached Fusion file.
