Put that on the mill using a R8 collet and ran it about 2000 RPM. I used the Uni-Grind fixture with the indexing collet holding the 1/2" collet which helt the 1/2 carbide mill. I set the fixture at an angle of 1-2 degrees for the angle of the cutting edge and the other angle was about 15 degrees for the relief of the cutting edge itself.

The edges of the cut were cleaned up with a 1″ roughing end mill. and then the base was drill for 10mmx 1.5 bolts for the t-slot nuts. Next the center slot for the height adjustment was drilled and milled out. I did have to go back and cut more when the center section of the block that mates to the upper was cut out.
