The little Themac toolpost grinder has accommodations to position the grinding arbor at the proper height for diameter of the item being ground. I failed to do that, and running the lathe FWD and the grinder CCW and with the grinder arbor incorrectly adjusted, made the wheel try to climb up the part as the wheel became dull.
